Hi — I'm Ask Will. I answer Comtrad Slatwall product questions from our official product data: part numbers, list prices, colours and sizes, what's in a kit, pack quantities, dimensions and weights, lead times, warranty.
Try asking things like:
- "Price for an 8ft white 6-inch slatwall panel"
- "Which trims finish an 8ft wall?"
- "What hooks do we have for bikes?"
- "Customer PO says SP-6-8-1P-GRY — what is it?"
Or drop a customer's order onto this page — photo, PDF, Excel or CSV — and I'll match every line to a part number and price it, with an Excel file to download. You can also paste a screenshot straight into the box.
I only answer from what's on file — if something isn't there, I'll say "ask Will" rather than guess. Spotted a wrong answer? Use the report link under it.
